A video of a dog that won't stop pushing a talking "treats button" to earn a tidbit from his owner has gone viral on TikTok.
The clip was shared by @ozzy.dog.of.barkn, the TikTok account of a cockapoo—a mix between a cocker spaniel and a poodle—called Ozzy. The video has amassed 142,000 views since it was shared on February 16.
A note overlaid on the video reads: "Only got his buttons tonight and already abusing the treat one."
The pup is shown pressing his paw on a green button, which sees an automated voice say "can I have a treat please?"
Giggling is heard off camera as the dog is fed a treat. After devouring the first treat, the canine presses the green button again a few more times, which sees the owner hand him a treat each time saying "good boy."
A caption shared with the post notes: "I may have to limit access to this one."

The cockapoo's apparent insatiable appetite for treats is not surprising because a dog's greedy nature when it comes to food could be down to genetics, noted a Cambridge University study in May 2016 in Cell Metabolism.
Eleanor Raffan, a co-author of the study, said: "There is some hardwired biology behind that persistent food-seeking behavior," The Guardian reported at the time of the study's release.
According to the study, some Labradors have a mutation in their DNA that could predispose them to weight gain.
The study showed that among the dog breeds for which data has been reported, Labrador retrievers had the greatest documented obesity prevalence and have been shown to be more food motivated than other breeds..."
The study found that a deletion in the proopiomelanocortin (POMC) gene was "associated with increased body weight, adiposity, and food motivation in both Labrador retrievers and the closely related flat-coat retrievers."
'Fast Learner'
Viewers on TikTok were in stitches over the "clever" pup's antics in the viral clip.
Dara Annette Bremner said "he's pretty switched on for a treat," while user @katkat7382 noted he's a "fast learner and so polite with it too!"
The original poster replied: "He picked it up so quickly! Manners are everything."
Alfie Diaries also noted "He's figured it out already, clever boy," and Anne agreed, writing "Lol so adorable and very clever."
Gooner1998 wrote: "I tell you what, these dogs aren't silly in the slightest."
User @julescavpenny noted: "His face is saying, I win!!!"
User imaginarymina wrote: "If my boy had this... I'd be constantly giving him treats."
